Interactive Cooking Lessons
Join in with Chef Mark as he takes you through the various courses of the meal.  He will teach you about timing, completing multiple tasks at once, following recipes, and why and how ingredients interact.  You will also learn many cooking techniques that will enable you to create some wonderful dishes of your own.

Full Service Personal Chef
Brunch, lunch, cocktail parties, dinner.....any occasion!  Chef Mark will work with you to choose your menu--everything from appetizers to dessert--do the shopping and then cook and serve the meal for you.  A thorough cleaning job at the conclusion of the party is also included.

How to Book a Party
Contact Chef Mark by phone at (908)696-0009 or e-mail at chefmarkscookin@aol.com to discuss the details of your party.  A free at-home consultation  will then be scheduled to plan your event.  During the meeting, the menu will be finalized, and Chef Mark will tour your kitchen to ensure that all necessary equipment is available for your party.  If additional kitchen equipment is needed, Chef Mark will make the arrangements to obtain it.  Rental fee may be added to the final bill, if necessary.

Pricing

For Interactive Cooking Lessons:
Chef's fee:  $75/hour
Shopping fee:  $30 (flat fee)
**Groceries will be billed separately and will only include the exact charge of the purchase.

This service includes:

• Free menu consultation

• Interactive cooking lessons on preparing, cooking, and serving of meal

• Printed recipe cards and menus for each guest

• Complete clean-up by Chef Mark

For Full Service Personal Chef:
Chef's fee:  $50/hour
Shopping fee:  $30 (flat fee)

This service includes:

• Free menu consultation

• On-site preparation, cooking and serving of meal

• Complete clean-up by Chef Mark

***Additional staff can be provided.  This fee of $25/hour per server, with a five-hour minimum, will be billed separately from the pricing structure listed above.  Payment will be given directly to each additional server.
